My 100 lb Black Lab has arthritis and problems climbing stairs. I gave him a baby aspirin and 5 mg Prednisone together one time. Should I be concerned?

Dear Rick,

That probably would not be a problem if you have the dosages and ingredients correctly. You might want to look at PROMAXOL for situations like this. It can be used with other medications so you do not need to worry about interactions. PROMAXOL helps to decrease pain, inflammation, stiffness, and it stimulates healing.

I would take a holistic approach and give PROBIOTICS, MSM, Vitamin C, and OMEGA 3,6,9 to reduce inflammation and strengthen the body. What type of food and water are you feeding? Diet is an important factor in pain relief.

I would also suggest an evaluation by a veterinary chiropractor. I have found Labs usually respond very well.

Best regards,
