Hello. Can I give my Dashchund Arthro-IonX after spinal disc surgery? Or should it only be used for arthritis and hip displacements? He had the surgery 3 weeks ago and a friend recommended to give him doses of this medication as his hind legs are still quite wobbly and his back legs are weak. Would Arthro-IonX help his condition...relieve any pain or discomfort? Thanks Antonietta

Dear Antonietta,

You may use Arthro-IonX after surgery. Arthro-IonX helps to stimulate healing. In addition I find it helpful to follow a holistic approach by giving some nutritional supplements to accompany ARTHRO-IONX. The supplements I recommend are Canine Probiotics, MSM, Vitamin C, and Omega 3,6,9. Arthro-IonX will help the body to better utilize the nutrition for a synergistic response.

Please let us know how you progress or if you have any other questions.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
