Health Questions & Answers

Hi Dr. Char,

My 5 year old Rottweiler has arthritis in her elbow and currently she is on glucosamine chews and Tramadol. I want to decrease the Tramadol. Can she take the chews along with the Arthro-IonX or is that too much?

Thank you!

Dear Lisa,

It would be good to continue using the chews. The Arthro-IonX should help your dog utilize the glucosamine better. Hopefully it will make decreasing the Tramadol easier. Please let us know how you progress.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
