My 15 year old, 17.5 pound, cat has been receiving Adequan shots for a year due to arthritic hips and knees. He is also on Cosequin daily. After a visit to the vet yesterday she noticed crunching sounds in his one knee and he's generally been very lethargic since the weather has changed. She recommended 81mg aspirin 2 times a week if tolerated. I have been reading about your Arthro-IonX and am wondering if it would benefit him to try it. If I started this treatment, should I discontinue the cosequin and aspirin? Any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sharon,

I would not give any aspirin. I would instead give ARTHRO-IONX and Cosequin. It should work well together. I would also give PROBIOTICS and Omega 3,6,9 to support the body and lessen the arthritic symptoms.

Please let us know how this works for you.

Best regards,
