Hi I bought the Arthro-ionx, and Promaxol for my 12 year old Pomeranian, and I haven't given it to him out of fear of what it could do to his liver. Last year he had elevated liver levels but seems to be ok now, with some of his numbers slightly high. The only medication he takes is heartguard, tramadol on occasion, and frontline, would this react with those at all?

Dear Vanessa,

You may use ARTHRO-IONX or PROMAXOL along with other medications or supplements so it is OK to use with his meds. It is homeopathic in nature and so it will not negatively interact with other physical substances. You can start out with PROMAXOL - one drop twice daily on the food and increase it by one drop each day until you get up to 10 drops twice daily. After improvement you can switch over to ARTHRO-IONX. Please let us know how you do.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
