My Black Lab mix is 13 years old and his hip started swelling. He also has difficulty walking on one hip. Never seen it before - no other issues - I give him an aspirin every 4 hours - does this Antrho-IonX work? Is there anything I can do to help relieve the pain? I am planning on taking him to the vet tomorrow - looking for assistance. Thank you.

Dear Jan,

I am glad you are going to see your veterinarian. Please let me know what they find so I can help you with other holistic suggestions. I would consider using Promaxol to reduce the pain and help healing to begin. Promaxol would be a good choice for your dog because it contains the stronger LM potencies. After improvement is seen then you can switch over to Arthro-IonX. In addition it is helpful to give Canine Probiotics with each meal, Omega 3,6,9, MSM, and vitamin C daily. (We carry the first two and the other two you can get at a health food store.) The oligotherapeutic mineral base found in the IONX products helps the body to better utilize the other nutritional substances given for a synergistic response and faster healing. Also be sure to give sufficient fresh water that is free of chlorine and fluoride. Looking forward to your reply.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
