I have a Great Dane who is licking constantly. It's not in one specific spot, but all over. He doesn't have any redness or anything just a little bit of dead skin. What can I do to calm the itch, or is it something else worth taking him to the vet for? -Caleigh-

Dear Caleigh,

I would give Derma-IonX, Canine Probiotic, and Omega 3, 6,9. Derma-IonX can help detoxify. Canine Probiotics aids better utilization of the diet, and Omega 3,6,9 can help to reduce inflammation and moisturize the skin. Together these supplements help to improve the skin and coat. You could also try some Defendex shampoo which is nontoxic and very soothing. Please let us know how you do or if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
