How can I help my 13 yr. old Border Collie, his blood work has revealed high liver value, and he has hypothyroidism, hind quarter weakness, thorax weakness from acid reflux, he has suffered at least two seizure type episodes the recent lasted several hours of him not wanting to be touched restless always looking around as disoriented and confused.  This all has been caused by the vet, whom I have been taking him to for the last 11 yrs. He started Lukes demise at beginning by diagnosing him with discospondulitus but not a mention of the diagnosis in records that have been tampered with and I am in process of taking the vet to court.  He has been fined twice for charging for services not rendered and for falsifying medical records. My immediate concern is how can I help my pet and what can I expect? -Robin-

Dear Robin,

I hope your dog has recovered from his seizures and has not had any more. Have they determined what was the cause?

I would try Arthro-IonX or Promaxol to help him feel more comfortable. It might also be helpful to find a veterinary acupuncturist. It is important to get the energy moving. Where there is stagnation there can be discomfort or reduced function. Homeopathics and acupuncture can help improve energy flow. Please let us know how you do.

Best regards,
