Our 8 yr. old Golden Retriever who was wonderful sweet even tempered until 4 months ago has severe separation anxiety according to the vet or a phobia. She has chewed the window casings trying to get outside and then broke out 4 windows all different incidents when left home for only 1 hr to 2 hrs. We have about $5,000 in vet bills and doggie behaviorial specialist and today she chewed her way out of a 4th crate this one was wire and has broken out her incisor tooth and damaged several other teeth. She has been on the drug Clomipramine for 2 months and it hasn't seemed to help. Do you think the Anxietrex will help her. I know some about homeopathics and have used them in the past but this one seems like it has every single remedy in it and I am not sure that is the answer for a case this severe. Can you offer any HELP? Thank you ever so much. Ellen

Dear Ellen,

You could try Anxietrex but sometimes Dia-IonX can also help to re-balance liver energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine liver heat rising can go to the brain and cause behavioral abnormalities.

How has her blood work been?
