i just received the bottle of vetionx in the mail today. My question is my cat, Korbin, is already on one medication for diabetes and thyroid. Mmy vet put him on a liquid medicine instead of insulin shots. She said was not as bad as she thought. The medication is v-methimazole5mg/ml.susp.5cc every 12 hours. He does not seem to be doing that well on this medication. He still goes to the bathroom more than normal. Can I give him this Vetionx along with this medication I got from my vet. Your vet can tell me, I would rather not call my vet . Thanks Joanne.

Dear Joanne,

It would be fine to use DIA-IONX along with the other medications. It is homeopathic in nature and can be used with other medications and supplements. We ask that you give it at a different time than when you are giving the drugs.Initially I find it easiest to split the dose in half and give half with breakfast and the other half with supper. After improvement is seen you can give the whole dose once daily with one of the meals. I also like to give probiotics and Omega ,6,9 to assist the body in it's healing process for a synergistic effect.

Be sure to monitor your cat's progress so that if it is possible to lower any of your cat's medications you can ask your veterinarian about that.

Best regards,
