I ordered the Promaxol for my 15 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd. I had her on Ibuprofen and took her off. She now can't get up on her own and when she is walking it's very slow. She has lost 15 lbs. and weighs 53 lbs now. How much dosage do I give her and I ordered 1 bottle to see how she does. You had said when she is better to switch her to the Arthro-ionx. Do I give her both? Thank you so much. I'm so worried about her. She needs help fast. Susan

Dear Susan,

I would give a half dose two to three times per day of any combination of Promaxol or Arthro-IonX. If you need to use a little Ibuprofen at a different time from the homeopathic you can do that as well. Your goal is to use the smallest amount of the Ibuprofen that keeps her comfortable.

It is also important to help her up and down so that she doesn't fall and hurt herself. Please keep us updated.

Best regards,
