I have a yellow lab she has been drinking and urinating HUGE amounts. She is fatigued. I am suspecting diabetes. 100%. She has had many episodes of vomiting especially after drinking a large amount of water. She was about 90 pounds and is now about 60. I am wondering if this product may help her? I am guessing it will not hurt her right?

Dear Alyssa,

DIA-IONX would not hurt her if you gave it to her and she did not have diabetes. I also use it when the kidneys are compromised. However, you should bring a freshly caught urine sample to your veterinarian to determine if there is diabetes, an infection, or kidney failure. Your dog's diet needs to be adjusted for the condition that is going on. Once you get a diagnosis we can help you with more holistic options. Usually when there is diabetes, insulin is needed as well and can be used with DIA-IONX.

Please keep us updated.
