Dear Marleen,

Dia-IonX can be used without testing. I also use it if there are kidney or endocrine issues. However it may not get the blood sugar levels down quickly. We recommend that insulin be used to get the blood sugar down to a safer level. Dia-IonX helps to control the symptoms of diabetes and it's therapeutic mineral base helps activate the enzyme systems in the body that help with healing. In addition make sure you offer sufficient water free of chlorine and fluoride. It is important to give a diet and treats that are consistent with a diabetic diet and a regular schedule.

Please let us know how you progress.

Best regards,
