Personally, I'm a coffee drinker and I get caffeine headaches when I don't drink any. When that's the case, coffee helps me and I've heard it can help with other types of headaches as well. Another thing that has helped me with a headache is applying pressure to my head or even using an electric massager. The best thing though is just cuddling under a big warm comforter and closing my eyes - hard to do at work, but shrug

I like the advice at this blog: http://www.hellolife.net/pain-management/b/natural-remedies-for-migraine-headaches/

Caffeine can cure a headache, but it is often the withdrawal from the caffeine that is causing the headache. A good long term solution is getting off the caffeine altogether.
