My favorite way to enjoy bee pollen and honey together is with my hormone-balancing, liver-detoxifying, skin-clearing smoothie.

- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ¼ cup raw organic pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon raw organic bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
- 1 small (or 1/2 large) banana
You may also need:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and enjoy!
