My favorite way to enjoy bee pollen and honey together is with my hormone-balancing, liver-detoxifying, skin-clearing smoothie.

  1. 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  2. ¼ cup raw organic pumpkin seeds
  3. 1 teaspoon raw organic bee pollen
  4. 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
  5. 1 small (or 1/2 large) banana

You may also need:



Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and enjoy!
