Kiwi Blueberry Parfait

This is an easy Mother's Day breakfast in bed idea. So easy even toddlers can help out.

- 1 cup Low fat vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 kiwis
You may also need:
Kitchen Knife, Melon Baller, Refrigerator, Spoon
Wash blueberries and discard stems.
Cut kiwi in half. With a spoon or melon baller, scoop out the pulp. Dice the kiwi into blueberry sized chunks.
In a clear drinking glass or large wine glass, layer the kiwi, blueberry and yogurt. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used up.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Can be made 2 days ahead.
