Chocolate mousse as it ought to be!


  • 200 grams Pure Black Chocolate, the Darkest you can get.
  • 60 grams pure Buter
  • 40 grams icing sugar (or substitute)
  • 4 eggs

Step 1

Melt the chocolate (au bain Marie) and mix in the butter. When fully molten, mix in the egg-yellow.

Step 2

Separate the eggs and beat the egg white till it's firm. Halfway of add the sugar (or substitute).

Step 3

Softly, whip the egg-white into the chocolate mixture. Cool down the mixture for about half an hour at least and serve. ENJOY!
