Chocolate mousse as it ought to be!

Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams Pure Black Chocolate, the Darkest you can get.
  2. 60 grams pure Buter
  3. 40 grams icing sugar (or substitute)
  4. 4 eggs

You may also need:

Spoon, Whisk

Step 1:

Melt the chocolate (au bain Marie) and mix in the butter. When fully molten, mix in the egg-yellow.


Step 2:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg white till it's firm. Halfway of add the sugar (or substitute).


Step 3:

Softly, whip the egg-white into the chocolate mixture. Cool down the mixture for about half an hour at least and serve. ENJOY!
