Chocolate mousse as it ought to be!

- 200 grams Pure Black Chocolate, the Darkest you can get.
- 60 grams pure Buter
- 40 grams icing sugar (or substitute)
- 4 eggs
You may also need:
Melt the chocolate (au bain Marie) and mix in the butter. When fully molten, mix in the egg-yellow.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg white till it's firm. Halfway of add the sugar (or substitute).
Softly, whip the egg-white into the chocolate mixture. Cool down the mixture for about half an hour at least and serve. ENJOY!
