Ingredients:

  1. 4 pita pockets
  2. 4 oz goat cheese
  3. 4 cups salad bar vegetables and lettuce
  4. 1 × low fat Italian dressing

Step 1:

Cut pita bread in half making two half moon shaped pieces.


Step 2:

Gently open the pita bread making a pocket and spread goat cheese inside.


Step 3:

Toss salad with dressing and fill pockets.


Step 4:

Wrap in plastic wrap and pack in your picnic basket.
