Couscous as Cream of Wheat

Boil enough water to cover and soften couscous. Once couscous is soft and fluffy add enough butter to saturate, enough honey or sugar to sweeten and a little milk. This isn't suppose to be soupy, so try not to add too much milk. Can be seasoned with cinnamon for additional flavor.

  • 1 × Plain Couscous
  • 1 × Water
  • 1 × Milk
  • 1 × Butter
  • 1 × Sugar or Honey
  • 1 × Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 × Berries (optional)
