- 1 × Cacahuetes (kah-kah-ooeh-tehs)
- 20 Small dried red chilies
- 4 Cloves garlic (minced and pressed)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 LB Salted Peanuts
- 1 Tsp Coarse Salt
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
You may also need:
In large pan over medium heat, cook chilies, garlic, and oil for several minutes. Keep stirring. Mix in peanuts and stir over medium heat until well mixed and heated. Sprinkle with coarse salt and chili powder. Mix well; remove from heat; cool. Store in air-tight container for 2 days.
