Bok Choy Thai Salad
By Serves 8

Mix all the ingredients and set aside or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow noodles to soften. Best if marinaded over night.

  1. 2 heads Bok Choy, diced
  2. 2 bunches Green Onions, chopped
  3. 4 to 6 packages Ramen Noodles, no seasoning packets, uncooked
  4. 1 lb. Chicken, cooked and diced
  5. ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  6. 1 cup slivered Almonds
  7. 1 cup Sugar
  8. 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  9. ¼ cup Vinegar
  10. 2 cups Oil
