Bok Choy Thai Salad

Mix all the ingredients and set aside or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow noodles to soften. Best if marinaded over night.

- 2 heads Bok Choy, diced
- 2 bunches Green Onions, chopped
- 4 to 6 packages Ramen Noodles, no seasoning packets, uncooked
- 1 lb. Chicken, cooked and diced
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 2 cups Oil
