Bake cookie dough according to package on a 13-14 pizza pan. Allow to cool. Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar; spread and top with strawberries. Mix water, sugar, cornstarch; boil until clear and add gelatin. Cool and pour over strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream.
