The lettuce is kind of... done. I think it might grow a little bit more, but a lot of the lettuce i didn't pick in time started wilting and dying. That's going to be a common theme, I think, unless we start picking from some of the plants. You can't let things stay on the plant too long or you'll lose them.
My new sort of favorite boxes are the spinach ones. Spinach is doing great here; the cool temperature and decent light source is just right for it and it appears to be thriving. I have a few boxes of it going in various stages, so hopefully I can have a salad very week once they're ready. Several herbs are ready too, including oregano and basil. Cilantro doesn't seem to be doing great though.
Radishes appear to be doing OK. I'm tempted to pick one that I know has grown some, but it's not very big. Being indoors, I know it won't be as huge as an outdoor plant, but I also don't want to rush things and pick it prematurely.
Other than that, not much has changed in the garden. I think the real interesting challenges will start up again if/when we start trying to keep plants over the winter.
