It has been a year since my first day working in UP and almost annually since Nick Mitchell himself told me'do not forget your gym apparel' and that is where it all began. That is where my connection with all the stuff started. . .and it blossomed out there.

This was then look at me I spend every waking hour and it is for many of us.

For people reading this who don't have any curiosity about lifting weights and could not consider anything worse, simply give me a couple of minutes of your time to clarify exactly why - it is not the huge muscles, ego-chasing,'manly' things you might believe that it is - it goes far beyond that.

Here are five reasons you need to give it some and why I really like lifting weights.

1. When you are done and Concentrate on beating it, concentrate on how much you attained.

Concentrate on that which you believe and that for 1 hour and as soon as it's over, you are able to consider the rest of the planet are your own problems. . .only this moment, you're going to be prepared to take them.

Concentrate on warming up your body, focus on anxiety, concentrate on raising your weights, on your strategy for another hour, concentrate on how far it burns off, on the strain like if you are in pain.

Leave your cell phone from the rooms that are changing, depart your company elsewhere and prepare like never before. Dont be lazy, dont just check your outdoor doorbell camera when someone knocks, go get it.

Weight training the manner that is UP, requires an extreme amount of attention.
