  2. 3 in. of fresh ginger (minced or grated)
  3. 1½ tsp. turmeric
  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  5. 2 tbsp raw honey
  6. 1 pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch of Cayenne Pepper

You may also need:

Steep all ingredients in 16 oz. hot (not boiling) water; drink while hot.
