  • I’m hoping someone can help and give advice. I’m 33 and have NO hormones…and when I mean none, -20 testosterone, -20 progesterone, -20 estrogen. Have been on HRT and have not gotten any results. My dr. Wanted to do the Hormone Pellet. I was on board and scheduled my appt, but have since had 2nd thoughts. For one the reliance on the procedure and two the scaring. I have discovered Maca Root and been on it about 4 days. Will this help me being that I’m so low and if I’m starting off at 4 capsules is that too much? I cannot do the powder!!! I want to feel better. I'm too young to feel the way I do and I
