I am having a hug-a-bub newborn carrier but little bit confused. Is it safe to use use baby carrier for newborn babies.

Hi there, That would really depend on the baby's position in the carrier. If they're completely supported by the carrier, no problem. If their feet are hanging and their bottom is completely supported, most experts agree that that's fine too. If their feet are hanging and the carrier is supporting them by the crotch, this is where experts generally agree that spinal and/or hip injury and misalignment may occur. With wrap-style baby carriers, it's important to make sure that the cloth is spread out and supportive of the baby's weight over a larger area, not bunched up between their legs..
