Berry Sweet Couscous

Cook rice in rice cooker and boil water for couscous. Put couscous in large bowl and pour boiling water over and let sit until soft and fluffy. When rice is cooked mix rice and couscous adding a little oil. Melt enough butter to saturate rice/couscous mixture. Add enough sugar to sweeten. Then add oats, nuts and berries to your liking. Pour honey all around mixture, stir, pour once more and stir. Taste, if dish is too sweet add a little water, oil or butter.

  • 1 × Plain Couscous
  • 1 × White Rice
  • 1 × Oil (olive, veggie, canola, coconut)
  • 1 × Honey
  • 1 × Butter
  • 1 × Sugar
  • 1 × Oats
  • 1 × Nuts, crushed or whole
  • 1 × Dried Berries (cranberry, blueberry, strawberry,etc)
