The four reason for getting healthy


When I was younger I was very skinny.I joined the Navy at 149 pounds and at five foot ten inches I felt too skinny even though I was in great shape.It didn’t take long for that to change and in several years I began to fight the battle of the bulge.But in my 20s and 30s it was a piece of cake to lose weight.I could go on a crash diet and drop 20 pounds with no problem.I would always gain it back but no biggie I would just do it again in a few months.Well now that I am in my forties it’s not so easy.I have to really work at it.I am at 280 pounds now and that is way too big.I no longer want to go on a crash diet but instead it is time to just get healthy. Eat correctly is the start.I no longer will eat in bed to help me go to sleep.My family enjoys walking and hiking and geocaching so that is the path for me.It will be something that I can commit to that is not drastic and it is also meaningful because the family is all involved.Wish me luck.
