In the course of normal life there are ups and downs, times we feel happy and times we don’t. Anxiety can be justified sometimes. My question is how much anxiety is healthy for a person to experience? When should a person seek professional help?

That is a great question.

While I am not a physician, I would encourage you to seek professional help as soon as you feel that it is interfering with your own personal life, whether work or socially.

If you are not yet ready to seek help, I have found help during stressful times in my own life through deep breathing, pilates, Frank Sinatra music, & good laughter with friends :)
