A good example of this is how post traumatic stress embeds itself into the brain and neurological system.
It may be helpful to read this book then contact resources who recognize this thinking and incorporate it into their practice. The Body Remembers - The Psychophysiology of Trauma and Trauma Treament by Babette Rothschild and published by W.W.Norton & Company, New York and London.
