Walnut Crusted Salmon

This dinner dish is sure to satisfy all the fish lovers out there. Salmon sprinkled with walnuts and lemon juice, and don't forget the pepper and salt.

- 44 oz. Salmon Fillets
- ½ cup Whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Crushed Walnuts
- ¼ TSP Sea Salt
- ¼ TSP Freshly Ground Pepper
- 3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
You may also need:
Bowl, Cooking Thermometer, Oven, Spoon
In a small bowl, combine panko and walnuts. Set aside.
Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top with a splash of lemon juice.
Top each fillet with 1/4 of the panko-walnut mixture. Be sure to press the topping into the fillet to help it stick.
Bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and has an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
