Removing the bread from your favorite sandwiches can serve as inspiration for a healthy salad. Like this salad inspired by my favorite Californian sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 × splash of oil and vinegar
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 oz garbanzo beans
  • 2 oz slice turkey breast
  • 3 oz sliced tomatoes
  • 3 oz sliced cucumber
  • 3 oz diced avocado
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss with dressing.
