The Hippy Deconstructed Sandwich

Removing the bread from your favorite sandwiches can serve as inspiration for a healthy salad. Like this salad inspired by my favorite Californian sandwich.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  2. 1 × splash of oil and vinegar
  3. ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  4. 3 oz garbanzo beans
  5. 2 oz slice turkey breast
  6. 3 oz sliced tomatoes
  7. 3 oz sliced cucumber
  8. 3 oz diced avocado
  9. 1 cup shredded lettuce
  10. 1 cup spinach

You may also need:

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss with dressing.
