The God Father Deconstructed Sandwich

Use the ingredients minus the bread in your favorite sandwich to create these wonderful healthy salads. This one was inspired by a classic Italian sub.

  1. 2 oz Low Fat Italian vinaigrette
  2. 2 oz onion
  3. 2 oz sliced Capicola
  4. 1 cup shredded lettuce
  5. 1 cup spinach
  6. 3 oz sliced tomatoes
  7. 3 pepperocini
  8. 3 oz green pepper
  9. 2 oz sliced Genoa salami
  10. 1 slice provolone

You may also need:



Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss with the salad dressing.
