Sue Chef's Ultimate Spice Rub

If there is one recipe I could share that would make any outdoor cook a hero it would be the spice and herb blend I developed over years of trial and error. The balance of hot, sweet, and salty tastes make this a perfect compliment for almost any meat or vegetable.

  1. ¼ cup paprika
  2. 2 tbsp coriander
  3. 2 tbsp cumin
  4. 2 tbsp dried oregano
  5. 1 × 2tbsp. anise
  6. 2 tbsp mustard
  7. 2 tbsp onion granulated
  8. 2 tbsp garlic granulated
  9. 2 tbsp kosher salt
  10. 1 tbsp chipotle pepper
  11. 1 tbsp black pepper

You may also need:



Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
