  1. 3½ cups pumpkin puree
  2. ¾ cups apple cider
  3. 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 2 tsp. cinnamon
  6. 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  7. 1 × pinch ground nutmeg
