Dietitian approved! I absolutely love this herbal fusion. Even without the honey it delivers a delicious pop of summer in a glass.
Gather your ingredients and make sure the orange and fresh herbs are nice and clean.
Start by adding the herbs to the container. The bottle isn't as easy in this respect, but a well placed pinky finger, straw, or skewer can help.
Next, peel the orange and add strips of it to the container. The amount of peel should about match the amount of parsley.
Then, drizzle in some honey. This is optional, but a bit of sweetness makes it more enjoyable.
Finally, add hot water to the container and allow the mixture to steep for at least 7-10 minutes. Obviously the mix will be stronger if steeped longer. Once ready, enjoy! Plus you can steep the mix a second time if desired...
