Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

- 2½ lbs Yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
You may also need:
A Pot, Spoon
Put potatoes in a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
Mash with the garlic, butter, milk, and salt.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and serve.
