Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

Great use for leftover roasted chicken.

- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 3 cups leftover pasta primavera (or any cooked pasta)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
You may also need:
Sauté onions and garlic in a large sauce pan over medium heat. When vegetables turn opaque and soften add seasoning, pasta primavera and broth. Turn heat on high and continue to cook until soup almost boils. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
