Garlic Chicken in a Mushroom White Wine Sauce.

This dish is simple and by deglazing the pan with white wine you get a fantastic sauce to finish the dish with.

  1. 8 chicken tenderloins, 16 oz total
  2. ¼ cup all purpose flour(use rice flour if gluten free)
  3. 4 slices of thick cut bacon
  4. 2 tsp butter
  5. 1 × 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  6. ¾ lb sliced mushrooms
  7. ¼ cup white wine
  8. cup fat free chicken broth
  9. salt and fresh pepper to taste
  10. ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
