While most people think basil when they hear pesto, the sauce can actually be made with a wide variety of herbs! Just like basil pesto, cilantro pesto is great on pasta, as a dip, and spread on bread. Use it beside or instead if salsa in mexican food, top your avocado with it or pair it with your favorite seafood.

- 4 cups Chopped Cilantro minus stems
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- ¼ to ½ Chopped Onion
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 × Juice from Half a Lime
- Sriracha and Sea Salt to Taste
You may also need:
Food Processor, Kitchen Knife
Chop cilantro and onion.
Throw everything in the food processor.
Enjoy it. (Seriously. It's that easy.)
