Cherry Balsamic Pork Chops

This dish is simple and quick. The use of some amazing ingredients will make your taste buds dance!

  1. ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  2. 6 thin cut boneless pork chops
  3. 2 Tablespoons butter
  4. ½ cup chopped dry cherries
  5. 1 large shallot finely diced

You may also need:

Kitchen Knife, Plate, Sealable Bag

Step 1:

Marinate pork chops overnight in vinegar.

Step 2:

Heat butter in a large sauté pan. Add shallots and cherries, then cook over medium heat until soft.

Step 3:

Remove pork chops from marinade, add to sauté pan, and brown on both sides (approximately 2 minutes per side).

Step 4:

Remove pork from pan, add balsamic marinade back to pan, and heat, scraping brown bits off bottom of pan. Continue cooking until reduced by half.

Step 5:

Pour sauce over plated pork and serve.
