Buffalo Burger

These burgers have all the flavor of buffalo wings without all the fat and calories.

  1. ¼ cup Mayonnaise, light
  2. ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  3. 4 tbsp Loisianna Hot Sauce
  4. 2 lbs Ground Chicken breast
  5. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  6. 1 whole small red onion, sliced
  7. 2 whole celery stalks, thinly sliced
  8. ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  11. 6 whole whole wheat hamburger buns

You may also need:

Cooking Thermometer, Skillet, Spoon

Step 1:

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook until browned and internal temp reaches 165o (approximately 3-4 minutes per side).

Step 2:

Place patties on bottom halves of rolls. Top each patty with blue cheese, onions, and celery Cover with roll tops and serve.
