This broccoli salad is sweet and tangy, mixing dried cranberries and honey with dijon mustard and red onion. Have it for lunch or as a side salad during dinner. Even a snack will do!

- 4 cups Broccoli Florets, fresh
- ½ cups Cranberries, dried
- ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
- 3 Apples, chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Organic Plain Yogurt, low-fat
- 2 TBSP Dijon style mustard
- ¼ cup Honey
You may also need:
Blender, Bowl, Refrigerator
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, apple, and onion.
Blend yogurt, mustard, and honey in a small bowl to prepare the dressing.
Add dressing to the salad and toss. Place in the refrigerator to cool before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
