Broccoli Salad
By Serves 4

This broccoli salad is sweet and tangy, mixing dried cranberries and honey with dijon mustard and red onion. Have it for lunch or as a side salad during dinner. Even a snack will do!

  1. 4 cups Broccoli Florets, fresh
  2. ½ cups Cranberries, dried
  3. ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  4. 3 Apples, chopped
  5. ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  6. 1 cup Organic Plain Yogurt, low-fat
  7. 2 TBSP Dijon style mustard
  8. ¼ cup Honey

You may also need:

Blender, Bowl, Refrigerator

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, apple, and onion.

Step 2:

Blend yogurt, mustard, and honey in a small bowl to prepare the dressing.

Step 3:

Add dressing to the salad and toss. Place in the refrigerator to cool before serving.

Step 4:

Serve and enjoy!
