To try to reduce the sodium, make sure you opt for the plain panko crumbs. Some of the seasoned varieties can pack as much as 500mg of sodium per serving!
1 note here

Step 1:

Place turkey, mayo, bread crumbs, cilantro, green onions, and curry powder in a large bowl. Mix with fork or hands just until blended. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions. Using wet hands, form each portion into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Chill in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2:

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté red onions, zucchini, and ginger until soft (approximately 3 minutes). Add cumin and chili powder, and season with salt. Set aside.

Step 3:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon oil, and heat to medium-high. Add burgers and cook until browned and internal temp reaches 165o. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 4:

Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each patty with chili sauce and onion mixture. Cover with bun tops and serve.
