Baked Haddock
By Serves 4

Haddock is a light flaky white fish usually caught in the cold water of the North East Atlantic Ocean. You can also substitute with cod or tilapia.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 4 haddock fillets, clean, rinse and pat dry
  2. ¾ roll of Reduced Fat Ritz crackers, crushed
  3. 1 × dash of black pepper
  4. 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  5. ¼ cup fresh parsley

You may also need:

Baking Sheet, Oven

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350.


Step 2:

Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray, put a few cracker crumbs in pan. Lay haddock in pan, cover with remaining cracker crumbs, squeeze lemon & sprinkle parsley over fish.


Step 3:

Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes, watch closely, as fillet size varies greatly, don't over cook! remove when fish is white and flakes easily.
