Two-part question:

What are the health benefits (if any) of parsley?

Can parsley be used to make any fresh teas? I was thinking about trying to make a cold-infused orange and fresh parsley iced tea, but I don't want to try it if the flavor combination isn't going to work right.

Funny you should ask, Dave! I don't know too much about the flavor, but I just read an article the other day that was talking about how great parsley is for you. 2 tablespoons is only 3 calories, and provides 156 percent of the daily value vitamin K, 17 percent of the DV for vitamin C, and 13 percent of the DV for vitamin A. Not bad!
