Why is important to eat healthy? Eat healthy is very important in order to have good health.

Eating healthy gives your body the vitamins and nutrients it needs from a natural source and not processed foods. Eating healthy also keeps your weight down. From my experience of calorie counting natural foods have way less calories than processed and packaged foods. This means you can eat more, and still consume less calories. Less calorie taken in means less fat storage and less fat stored in your body means less stress on your bodies organs. Less stress on your bodies organs and ideally they will operate more effectively.
